Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

BushBound™ currently ships to all major destinations within the Republic of South Africa.

2. Shipping Provider

All orders are fulfilled and delivered via Aramex Store-to-Door, a trusted nationwide courier service delivering directly to your door.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–11 business days depending on your location. Remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly through the Aramex website at www.aramex.co.za.

6. Shipping Delays

BushBound™ makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, however we are not liable for any delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics delays beyond our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Public holidays, load shedding, or adverse weather conditions
  • High-volume periods such as Black Friday or festive seasons
  • Any other circumstances outside of BushBound™'s reasonable control

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in following up with Aramex on your behalf.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. BushBound™ cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and liaise with Aramex accordingly.

BushBound™ is not liable for parcels lost in transit, however we will do our utmost to assist in resolving the matter with the courier.
