At BushBound™, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) of South Africa and sets out your rights and our obligations clearly.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned in its original, undamaged packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In a fully resellable condition — no marks, odours, damage, or signs of use
  • All accessories, components, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

BushBound™ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Exclusions — Items Not Eligible for Return

The following will not be accepted for return or refund:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or chemicals
  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)
  • Products where hygiene seals or protective packaging have been broken
  • Damage resulting from use contrary to the product instructions
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product
  • Lost or stolen products

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within up to 15 business days to your original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective product returns: BushBound™ will cover return shipping costs.
  • All other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
